giving nutrients of the grain, the germ, the oil and the fiber. Try
in place of oats in your next batch of homemade oatmeal cookies.

refrigerated or frozen.

hot cereal: Stir 1 cup cereal into 2 1/2 cups rapidly boiling
water. Reduce heat and cook 10 to 15 minutes (time depending on
the consistency that you like your cereal), stirring
occasionally. Salt to taste. Makes 2 cups. Serve with honey and
milk.
