Cabbage Seeds


Seeds for sprouting should be soaked, prior to sprouting for 5 minutes in warm water of pH6-7 with household bleach at the rate of 2 tablespoons per 1 2/3 qt of water.

  • Cabbage Seed Sprouting Instruction: Soak 4-6 hours using 1/3 cup of seed per half-gallon jar. Ready in 4-5 days and will be 1" long. Develops chlorophyll when mature.
  • Nutritional highlights: Vitamins A, C, & U; trace elements.
  • Suggested Uses: Cole slaw, salads, sandwiches, soups.
