A smaller amount of Dried is needed in recipes since the flavor is much more concentrated than fresh varieties. They can be stored for long periods of time without spoiling. Forest Blend is an earthy, yet savory combination of Shiitake, Porcini, Oyster, Bolete, Wood Ear and Sliced Shiitake.
