INGREDIENTS: Organic Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (Unifine),
Organic Sucanat, Organic Non-Fat Milk Powder, Non-aluminum
Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Celtic Sea Salt, Organic Cinnamon
Powder, Organic Ground Nutmeg.
Size: 1 muffin, about 1 oz. dry (29 g)

Basic Instructions: Place 5 cups muffin mix in mixing bowl.
In separate dish combine 1 cup oil, 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tsp.
vanilla, and 2 large eggs. Mix together liquid ingredients
and add to dry muffin mix. Pour into cupcake-paper lined or
lightly floured muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for about
17 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy with butter or jam.
Makes 24 muffins.

Organic Soft White Whole Wheat Pastry flour. In the Unifine
Process the grain enters a high speed rotor and is instantly
shattered into fine flour - even the bran and germ are
burst! Air goes through the rotor with the grain and blows
the flour out, thus keeping it cool throughout the process,
retaining many nutrients. With the Unifine Process the
natural oils in the grain are kept intact and do not get hot
like in regular grain milling and stoneground milling.
