This
unique pancake mix is made with Unifine Processed Organic Soft
White Whole Wheat Pastry flour. In the Unifine Process the grain
enters a high speed rotor and is instantly shattered into fine
flour - even the bran and germ are burst! Air goes through the
rotor with the grain and blows the flour out, thus keeping it
cool throughout the process, retaining many nutrients. With the
Unifine Process the natural oils in the grain are kept intact
and do not get hot like in regular grain milling and stoneground
milling.
INGREDIENTS: Organic soft white whole wheat pastry flour,
organic spelt flour, organic kamut flour, organic millet flour,
organic corn flour, organic rice flour, organic barley flour,
organic oat flour, organic rye flour, organic quinoa flour,
organic nonfat dry milk powder, organic Sucanat (dehydrated cane
juice), non-aluminum baking powder, Real Salt, and baking soda.

Basic Instructions: For Pancakes - Mix together 1 cup mix
with 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. oil, and 3/4 to 1 cup warm water to
obtain desired consistency. Makes 6 - 4” pancakes. For
Waffles - Mix together 1 cup mix with 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp. oil
and 3/4 to 1 cup warm water to obtain desired batter
consistency.
