Quinoa flakes are best stored in a sealed container in a cool,
dry place. They have a shelf-life of 2 years from processing
DIRECTIONS FOR HOT CEREAL: Stir 2/3 cups Quinoa Flakes into 2
cups boiling water or milk. Remove from heat and let mixture
rest for 3 minutes, or you can cook it for a minute or two. (If
you keep cooking, the quinoa will get thicker - more like
porridge.) If desired, add some honey and a few raisins.
Basically you can flavor it much like you would oatmeal.
