oats are manufactured from seeds which have been cleaned, dehulled,
kilned (lightly roasted), steamed and flaked. Oats have B vitamins,
protein, phosphorus and iron.

Cooking Instructions: Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil, add 1
cup quick oats, stir gently once, cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer. Cooks in approximately 5-8 minutes.
Kilned oat products are shelf stable for about one year when
stored in a cool dry place.
