Raw Sunflower
Seeds

These shelled
seeds are versatile and economical. Excellent in baked goods,
cereals, candies, loaves and burgers. A favorite snack food, roasted
or raw.

Processed with the most modern cleaning equipment and techniques
-- however, the processor recommends that these seeds should be
rinsed before using.

Hulled sunflower seeds are used in sprouting. A staple of the
Living Food program, sprouted sunflower seeds are one of the
richest edible seeds. They are a good source of protein, fats,
the B-complex vitamins, and Vitamin E. In addition, they supply
significant amounts of the minerals calcium, iron, phosphorus,
potassium, and magnesium. Sunflower sprouts can be used to make
delicious salad dressings, cheeses, milks, sprout loaves,
breads, candies, and desserts.

Sunflower Seed Sprouting Instruction: Soak 8 hours using 2 cups
of seed per half-gallon jar. Ready in 1-3 days and will be 0" to
1/2" long. Mix with alfalfa and grow 4-5 days.
