 Scottish Oats (stone - ground)

The original oatmeal or porridge of ancient Scotland. Produced by slowly grinding the kernel between two large mill stones, as it was in Scotland centuries ago. Contains all the nutrients of the best quality oats from which it was ground, the germ, the oil, and the fiber. A surprisingly unique and flavorful hot cereal.

• To make hot cereal: Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 4 hearty servings. Top with honey and milk if desired.
