dehulled, kilned (lightly roasted), steamed and flaked. Oats have B
vitamins, protein, phosphorus and iron, and retain the cholesterol

Cooking Instructions: Bring 3 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup
grain, cover and simmer over low heat. Cook for 30 minutes. If
pressure cooking cook for only 10 minutes.
Kilned oat products are shelf stable for up to a year when
stored in a cool dry place.
